At Luxeprecis, we take great care to ensure each piece meets our highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.
We understand, however, that sometimes an item may not be quite right. This policy outlines how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds to make your experience seamless and reassuring.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, please ensure that:


  • The request is made within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, with all tags, labels, and protective materials intact.

  • The product shows no signs of wear, damage, or alteration.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return or refund.

Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings, beauty items, and personalized products are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start your return:


  1. Contact our Client Care team at luxeprecis@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number (RAN) if applicable.

  3. Carefully repackage the item and ship it using a trackable shipping method.

We recommend keeping your tracking receipt until the return is fully processed.

3. Return Shipping Costs


  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • In cases of defective or wrong items, Luxe Precis will gladly cover the return shipping cost or provide a replacement at no additional charge.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Please note that depending on your bank or card provider, it may take additional time for funds to appear in your account.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact info@luxeprecis.com.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability and processed as soon as the returned item is received.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Kindly include clear photos and your order details, and our team will resolve the issue swiftly with a replacement or full refund.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:


  1. Check your bank or card account again.

  2. Contact your payment provider, as processing times can vary.

  3. If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received it, please reach out to us — we’ll be happy to assist.
